Projects.

We partner with church planters and other ministries to create content. That way, the content will fit their context and connect with the people they’re reaching.

Our ministry has only existed for three years. Our initial project was an animated video series of Bible stories. We created these in partnership with a church-planting team in North Africa. The cool thing is other church planting teams across the Arab world and in Europe have found them useful! So we’re adapting them into other languages. (You can read more below.)

At this point, we’re praying about and exploring other projects.

Animating Bible Stories

It may surprise you to realize that some of the least-reached people have access to smartphones and the internet. Often we think those unreached by the gospel are living in remote villages. The truth is many of them are in urban areas — with access to technology and media.

This is true in the Arab world. People are having visions and dreams, which leads them online to find out what it means. As they search online, we want them to find good biblical content so they can learn more about Jesus. That’s why we created the animated video series.

As we mentioned above, we partnered with a team of church planters to create a 20-video series. It starts with the story of creation and ends with the resurrection of Jesus. We’ve weaved a redemption theme throughout the series. The goal of this is to help people understand that by faith, we have redemption through the blood sacrifice of Jesus and our relationship with him. That’s some exciting news to share!

We created the video series as a tool for church planters. They can share them online to connect with people searching for answers. This is part of an end-to-end strategy to create disciple-making movements. Simply put disciples who make disciples who make disciples and so on. We call it media to disciple-making movements (M2DMM). In it, media is used as a connection point to begin further conversations about Jesus.

MIDDLE EAST

I watched the videos. What do I need to do now? I’m fully convinced this is the truth. I’ve been praying to Jesus ever since, asking God to show me the truth of the injeel (gospel).

Church Planter in

NORTH AFRICA

This is the best video content in this dialect I’ve ever seen. As we’ve been sharing these videos, already we have seen people come to learn, share, discover the good news of our Lord Jesus Christ.

MIDDLE EAST

One thing we’re really thankful for with working with TWR MOTION is, with a lot of testing in the production or reproduction of this content, it’s so far been well received by a Muslim audience, communicating truth and not diluting biblical truth because we definitely don’t want to do that.

The videos are currently in two Arabic dialects and are being adapted into nine more languages and dialects.

Looking Ahead

We’re exploring other projects to create training and discipleship materials for church planters. Once we’re further along in the process, we’ll share more here.
